Does My Wife Masterbate When Im At Work

Reflexiones sobre el 2007

seems like yesterday and it is another year. Perhaps this has been, as a good friend of mine says, the year "roller coaster" par excellence, with very strong highs but also with moments of absolute downturn.

light rays filtering through the clouds in Penencia

On a personal level, I have had many changes, and not only with respect to the subject canoeist where part of the change of the "fleet" was an injury just when there was water in the rivers, which separate from dry dock to have me made me rethink some issues, especially in terms of prudence and safety. By staying in the remodeling of it. Following

bad year debacle highlights Galega Canoe Federation which has become clear that what prevails is the personal interests and not the promotion of our method. Thus we find that the region with more potential spots is the most backward due to lack of institutional support. I do not want to imagine what would happen if Euskadi (for instance) had a river Miño seen as support for the federation to paddlers. Support was evident in the creation of the Basque kayaksurf selection or awarding aid forms non-Olympic paddlers. I extend this greeting to the Catalan Federation also knows that canoeing is more than track. From other federations but I guess I have no record that few will the disruption of Galicia.

On the bright side, stands out above all the great growth that has been whitewater kayaking and kayaksurf in the north of Galicia. Gone are the days when José Miguel and I were the only "Scoundrels" that we threw into supporting bad manners Pantín by surfers. Today, hardly a weekend that does not gather half a dozen on the beach, becoming more than fifteen in the water without the intervention of the call concentration by the club. The best thing is that within the breadth of the group, we are all friends and even help us join together to make joint orders of lowering material costs.

Within the group, highlights the evolution of Pepe, who has finally bought a boat "like god" and now with the G-Ride really is evolving losing many of the fears I had. This evolution has led to lower (water escasito) the classic Sister on Friday, leaving it unscathed and morale through the roof. I am glad that the man of mythical phrases are on the right track. His brother, Celso, just integrated into the section more "Creek" demonstrating that it is ready to face serious guarantees rivers.

This year has been a year of great scares, Carlos took the brunt of a lot of swims but none as ugly as that of Thomas in the Torrenteiras. A greeting to the two that you have not see them primarily to "Germany" is worthy of admiration, to stay in the gap after he suffered much by the operation of the column as the smack that hit this year. In the sea also had ours with spooky swims and exits along the cliffs and starring Joaquin Gonzalo. The latter resulted in the loss of material. Serve both as a warning to the mariner that is not worth taking unnecessary risks. For my part, I'm not complaining because I signed the closing of the year without pulling the covers, although I admit I have not sailed less than half of previous years.

for next year and projects are opening up new rivers, kicked during the dry months of this, even walk "Argall" a comprehensive multi-day decline. The shadow of a journey "canoeist" looms over us, to see if this year it can be;) and finally a project that is now "top secret", which I can not say anything at risk of being cut more important that the neck: D but if you leave can be a real pump.

Well thank the little you've got here reading (van more than eight hundred words) for putting the suckling pig. By the way, I leave my thanks to all that you sail with me, either regularly or occasionally.

How To Stop A 5month Olds Cough

Norte y sur

Curious what happened this bridge with the annulment of the merger teixuga for lack of water, which did not prevent two good friends to approach each one end of the peninsula. On the one hand came from Santoña Natxo and the other that amalgam Basque Galician resident in Grenada is Iñaki.

A Luís le parecía que el río iba demasiado high, so we called to ask Frieira flow, the voice on the line informed us that they were producing the least, about 25 MW, which after doing complex operations, including Z are transformed to become the legendary 125 m3 / s. A decent flow down from Cequeliños to Arbo.

The usual ordeal of changing clothes and navette before the end everyone in the River. This as always alternating steps with a high volume of water but little strength (C. II) removing the known seven peaks, which we realized we had more flow, or plant that had opened the tap. Without such a step wave rushing to throw something down.

At Arbo, we decided to go down to the wave and although I thought there would be nothing, we found a very quick second wave. At first it cost us all so much as get in but we will get the hang of us were staying indoors more and more. Unfortunately, the flow began to fall and the wave returned to normal settings.

Anyway in the midst of a lot of twists out some decent blunts. The staff was tired and decided to retreat upriver. Personally I would have liked to stay longer but I understand that for those who had gone to the shore could be a pain to stay there waiting.

After boarding, after the first portage, Gaspar was left behind and I stayed with him because he looked a bit smaller. When we got to the second portage, I threw before I was assuming. Just as he had left the kayak heard a whistling sound, but Inaki who was on top of stones told us was to be a heron. Luckily I looked out and hurried to return to water as the boat sailed without crew Gaspar. Embarked in a hurry and after a couple of strokes I found the deceased grabbed a pot with the kayak and paddle. After rescuing the trailer based material with cowtail I went to the wreck, not for companionship but because lately Environmentalists are somewhat altered and even a paddler is ultimately biodegradable, their equipment did not. The final reason is that there is always beer swimmer having paid;)

Anyway Gaspar swim prays to a small entrance in a panic what is commonly known as "going down to the foot" after doing the back and pour-plated finish against a small drosaje to be formed in that wall. Perhaps a change of ends in the Eskimo would have saved the wrong drink, but it scares you take them when you least expect and to be honest I have nothing clear as I would have reacted in the same situation when you notice that the blade starts to hit rock and do not give positioned for Eskimo.

After the portage, which is just in the Arbo pier where we talk to the people of Ciudad Rodrigo was also in the river, although training in downhill and slalom canoe.

The day topped with a bocatones in which Gaspar Vila insisted on paying for everything, without success, and we spent all the traditional cleavage. Damn, if I get to pay for food remorse I would put "may" in this blog;)

Saturday, provoked canoeist had to rest on one side by backlog (my van was crying a few hours of care in addition to the visit My parents also involves helping out at home) and the other preparing for the Gross swell prediction of ten meters announced on Sunday.

reached the last day of the bridge could only be fired in the magnificent and rare spot of Peter. Just the opposite end Arbo, on the northern coast of Galicia. A wave of fund would need more than seven feet swell to begin to appear.

When I arrived at the port of Minho, established venue already Celso and Joaquin, Juan Carlos, Fabian and Pepe would join us later.

Juan Carlos and I spent whores to embark on a cove off the sea wall but in the end we made, but I had to empty, by Pillar Series before he could put the covers.

The first attempt to catch the waves off the port but they were so far apart, to break in an undetermined point and lose strength, eventually decided to move to the Pedrido itself. As we saw it in situ, the prediction was not fulfilled and in the morning the swell reached no more than eight meters in open seas as they reflect the data collected by the buoy Sisargas:

State Ports
There could finally enjoy a wave of luxury and a lift very hard against the tide. The only drawback to the current age was presence of two big birds with jet skis, do you always be alert lest they lead you ahead.

Around the pier was a punishment against the current and the landing also had his one with the waves crashing against the walls of the docks of the port and doing all kinds of strangers.

Interestingly, after changes, we observe how the sea was in crescendo and lines of waves came increasingly large and orderly. In the afternoon I guess that would be the milk, but when you can not not be: (

pity currar touch during the week, hopefully the maretón not hold or else a little more rain to see the year with a bajadita a river of truth ... Salu2

Invalid String Or Buffer Length In Java

La Project más a fondo

Well I've been a small bathroom with the Project and I can finally provide a more consistent view on it, as many have asked me both by mail and by Messenger .

Sunset on the beach

So far I have not gotten to the river and thus do not know how to respond in the wild, although I have tried loop maneuvers such as loops or cartwheels in the foam of the waves and I was pleasantly surprised. About as good as they once put wheel vertically and thus maintaining in the foam. The loops, as expected by its volume (about 15 liters more about the NRG ) are quite air.

As for the flat work, I find most moving, the supercleancartwheel still not successful with it (with the S: 6 was the easiest thing in the world and then with the NRG also out), but hey, I'm catching the point and I guess in the end will come.

think waves are the natural habitat of this kayak, boat combines both ability to slip in an interesting cocktail, which allows us to confront important air (without reaching the end of my previous kayak) and fast enough to escape from brown (bars, bolts, etc) or execute maneuvers such as the helix more cleanly. Not to mention how easy it is to figure something "outdated" supercleanspin style, a movement that almost I have not done since I was the S: 6. Anyway, the boat requires some work singing transfer especially in less powerful waves.

In short Freestyle kayaking is a next generation radical design which stands to make mischief but can also be a bitter beginners. It should be done with their songs and it becomes quite demanding physically (At least my height and weight), but as the waves are of decent will get to enjoy beyond what is recommended.

As negative note, would highlight the design of the footrest. This is preformed with a flat surface too cause cramp in the calves and rubbing against the plastic. To give a wedge shape solves the first problem, second requires returning to the traditional mat and Supergen. It seems incredible that with the progress that is the whole system in terms wheelseat thigh, seat and side shims, that "the cagaran" with footrest especially considering that of his cousin's Agent This section is most successfully solved.

To see if the rain is starting to fall remains enough to come out again Eume waves, the Ulla and the Santa Maria de Neda, I have wanted to know what you can afford to own this kayak in them.

Prom Gown Mermaid Style

La bella por la bestia

Friday afternoon, the doorbell rings under shotgun, loose 20 Aurelio's get on the shoulder (4 º no elevator), the long over the kitchen table, the stripped of everything and ... I get inside? : D: D: D

Yes, after two years or so and after intensive buyer appeared earlier than expected (he was thinking of selling it later this year) I got rid of the NRG. Also had a season in which he needed more slip offered me this model of Robson but without loss of bounce.

Choosing a kayak rodeo today is complicated by the variety of the offer, after reading much review and proof the candidates were reduced to four:

  • Robson Quarks
  • Liquidlogic Ronin
  • WS Dagger Agent Project

The Robson's quickly dismissed too low volume for my weight, Ronin loved me but there was no available at the dealer, so the choice would be between the models of the two brands of Confluence.

Luckily, Santi became an Agent and I make a short touchdown with it in the Ulla. It seemed a comfortable and balanced boat. A couple of backs showed an acceptable glide speed and a certain nobility to be an art playboat.

After the mini-test was clear about the decision, I would buy the Project. The reasons are more than clear: the benefits of this brutal wave model outweigh the cost I will move on the flat (197 liters liters is enough for my height and weight).

Determined

model was only the purchase. For this operation I got in touch with the people of www.saltarios.com and that they had been great with plenty José Miguel complying with deadlines and offering personalized service. After I contact them they tell me that there was only one unit of that model and could not choose the color, no matter that I worried too much so we went ahead with the operation.

For reasons unrelated to jump and Outdoorkayak the boat was delayed a couple of weeks, but at all times kept me informed, as well as agreed that there were no waves and break my wrist need not bother me too much waiting.

Needless to say, the canoe and is perfectly customized after spending the footrest along the edge of a kitchen knife, a change that also had to José Miguel in his. The side shims are of a very similar to Dagger in which you add foam wedges to adjust the setting that suits getting faster. The multitude of adjustments available to facilitate the positioning of thigh comfortably, being able to fill even a few sheets of foam to adjust its diameter.

Now there are only water testing to determine the final position of the seat and back in shape and squeeze the maximum.

This weekend is going;) Salu2

What Do I Write On A Christian Wedding Card

Descenso veraniego

If I had said a couple of years ago you could download a river that rain in the month of July at least I would escojonado. But you where to look, either because of climate change, the child, the child or the planetary alignment on Sunday night the clouds downloaded the not inconsiderable amount of 35 liters per square meter.

A mid-morning on Monday and Celso was rolling to a river, in principle, but we wanted to be the Sor preserve salmon the arm and could not plan a getaway that we ban for life the decline is probably one of the most beautiful rivers in the north of Galicia.

As the only alternative left was the Belelle five got together a group formed by Celso, Pepe, Juan, Joaquín and I in a local Xubia where after seeing that the river was rather small we decided to take some coffee. After hack around a bit in the bar, started the car journey between landing and boarding.

Lowering the lead in the mini, where John spent himself offering a sorry spectacle down like a "rolling stone" the first meters of the river, all to the people who was walking in the area. After the heating phase (each in its own way) we arrive at the most interesting part of the river where a succession of small steps with great difficulty made the move be established around the third grade. Joaquin ate a shift in a small gap where a cross-flow forced to spin a little thinner.

Barcia At the height of Pepe joined us just do not clear the previous installment. From here the river loses much continuity and steps are spaced as they lose height difference and difficulty. For me the river in these circumstances was a completely different river since the last time it was lowered through the roof. Anyway had some pleasant surprises as the double jump even miss da game flow.

Joaquin kit offered him seek danger unnecessarily, to throw herself under more than one branch that was in the channel.

The decline did not give much of themselves, without a stop in a jet stream to make four cartwheels. I still think that this kind of river, despite its low ranking is expected to decline with a fall canoe and not to the rodeo as well as presenting no spots to play with many rocks at the water with which the beats and scratches are inevitable, being an unnecessary punishment for the few thicknesses of plastic canoes game.

In summary, thanked the lower river than the Ulla and the Minho in the summer, penalty draining so fast and we tardásemos both entering. As more opportunities arise how are you have to ask permission from work to catch it with the appropriate flow;) Salu2

How Much Is Bowling On Sat At Amf

¡¡¡Al turrooooón!!!

Two and a half weeks without touching water in the absence of waves, the ability to download the short sleeve Deza commitments missed by several of my regular partners and an injury to Celso our rookie of the year (and troublemaker for all kinds of "breaks"). This whole dynamic was taking me to a state of absolute laziness ripped off by a magnificent weekend.

Saturday and already convinced that I was going to hit a fucking bath feet Baleo ended up going alone. At the time, joined with the idea of \u200b\u200bprobing Celso his elbow while waves for little more than a blunt given. Fortunately and against all logic to predict waves began to meet and the sea was rising while water were incorporated Juan, Pepe, Jonas and George. The latter was totally elated handing Ollie Ups (figure consisting of an air Roundhouse elevation of the stern) and shouts of "... the turroooón ...." Everywhere.

When we finally emerged from the water the waves had reached about two meters itching leaking more or less clear. The plans for Sunday were more than clear with a prediction of fifteen feet it would behoove Vilarrubre.

Sunday afternoon brought us back to the same paddlers unless in the magnificent Jonas Vilarrubre spot.

big waves and vertical lay on the receipt, so characteristic of this beach we were delighted with a good collection of images, rollovers surfed and came to meet about four times what is usually a dull Sunday afternoon .

Personally, I came to film this weekend and got a bit discouraged lately with the lack of quality waves. I think he plays again origins in which there would back us for reasons such as the sea is stirred, too small, demiasiado Cerrone, etc. In addition many of the group right now we are enjoying all-day so we can bring baths per week without the burden of having to share the peak with zillions of surfers. How Much Green Tea Helps Cervical Mucus

Photo Sessions

Truth is that I've made a little side stories included in the blog, but lack of water in rivers are good waves and few exceptions most of the time is always the same; thus adding to the lack of pictures in most cases would make entries to this blog to become tedious and repetitive.

Another cause of this lack of attention points while I was eating a new project which I shall present to you below:

Anxo Corner Photo Sessions

Since childhood I have always liked photography but my photos do not go beyond that anyone can have in a family album. The result of the creation of this blog tried to improve the quality of my shots, which meant on the one hand I buy a camera and with characteristics close to that of a reflex and on the other to expand my knowledge of photography. Of the latter has much of the blame our Xosé Manuel friend whose profession is intimately connected with this field.

Based on the advice received and read countless articles I've come to the point that terms such as shutter speed, aperture or depth of field and does not sound like Chinese. The next step was buying a digital SLR (second hand) with which I opened the door to new possibilities.

Needless to say I have much less thinking about becoming a professional photographer but it is a hobby that gives me ample satisfaction while some good hacks to the bank account. The site continues to be a showcase for images that were outside the subject Kayak Anxo the corner.

To avoid problems I have decided that the images are benefiting under a Creative Commons license which prohibit commercial use without the consent of the author. Salu2

Groups Names For College Fest

Project 52, toma de contacto

Well, I wanted to get their hands on one of these canoes that combine art bouncing and sliding. The opportunity comes to our colleague José Miguel has bought one.

So yesterday we were all in Pantin, with feet of waves that were a long way.

After taking a long time in water, exchanged with José Miguel NRG and here I leave my impressions of the Project:

What I was surprised that the relative ease of uploading it to float, bearing in mind that has 197 liters of volume. TIGHT and also makes the seat quite high, which allows a wide range of movements without encountering any part of the kayak.

Slip is very good, especially in relation to the length of the canoe. Figures such as the Helix or Flip Turn become very easily. The canoe bounces a lot when combined gross pot with a little edge transfer.

However, most air power is to first bounce and can be wall because the foam has a hard time after takeoff. The sensations on board are radical total both when making maneuvers (all happens very fast) and in bringing the rollovers (remains very caught in the espumones).

The only drawbacks that I found were the footrest design that makes your thumbs to rub over the plastic and the volume in the bow that although highly effective in the loop destabilizes doing cartwheels. Unless these small defects
point
easy solution with a little tinkering with the first "flying hours" the second I found a very interesting kayak paddler for a good technical background.

Although it falls a bit off topic, José Miguel was amazed at how NRG to throw me to the point that eventually dubbed the "grasshopper") Salu2

Brent Corrigam Brent Blog

Novedad en España

Our friend Thomas have been encouraged to import a kayak emerging on the market. The model in question is the Demon of the Italian brand Exokayaks.

is a creek whose dimensions make it suitable for a wide variety of rivers. In principle also highlight its large volume (280 liters) the emphasis placed on security by their creators a desempotre fasteners situated in front of the tub.

The kit, in simplicity, is functional with the traditional counting rattles and a fanny pack with adjustable footrests strong to avoid the slip into if punterazo.

Available colors are yellow, green, orange and blue. The official price is 810 € but Ondabrava our friends have seen fit to lower it to 750 € to promote this exciting product.

For more information you can get in touch with them through the mail: info@ondabrava.com

How Long After Waxing Can I Exfoliate

Nuestra Pasión de Semana Santa

good thing about the mini-vacation Easter is always a friend snuggles up to us to navigate. This time it was Natxo Santoña e Iñaki de Granada. On Friday we all got together in Ponte Ledesma to make Deza. Luis joined the group and both Peteiro idea of \u200b\u200bmaking the section easier but the lack of flow (59 cm. On the meter) advised against this option becoming more successful on giving the classic. Our two companions would not shuffle the hassles and after doing half of each leg at the end we chose to make the classic even without the company of Luis and Peteiro of which the former had the courtesy to ask the navette.

low water The river changes character and becomes while conniving steps alternate with pools of different amplitudes. Until after the recreation area Merza view and navigate everything without major incidents. Anyway I noticed that Natxete had improved since the last time we sailed together, which put me at ease before the arrival of the marked steps.

pajarracos Meeting:)

The "S" is the first step where we stopped to watch. I did it first to stop taking pictures while the rest fell gaily. Immediately following the step, the second stop to observe the "impressive", a ramp, which impose only difficulty is. Joseph opened Miguel followed by the rest of the troops while I was portraying.

Celso the "Longboat"

Iñaki facing the "impressive"

The river is giving us a good selection of ramps and jumps sprinkled with some surprises as a nearly swallows rebufillo Iñaki . The Portuguese arrival marked another step in the obligatory stop to look. At this level are committed to forming a left back with the traditional cooking pot in front. Both José Miguel and I were encouraged to do so, starting with me first. Entering the way I turned the boat for playing a Against that is formed but corrected myself right time to enter the mattress and top step but not before the loop Candeleto departure. José Miguel went very well but step out and overturned unbalanced and out of it, no problem retrieving the position.

José Miguel between peroulos

While the rest wore I took the opportunity to advance a position as the seat Louis advised me to see the reaction of the Mamba in the shoulder. From here I felt the most lively responses canoe while more fun.

Once in the leap that landed there shortly before we returned to stop, this time the stone that serves as a springboard not cover enough water to use it for that purpose and there was no other choice but to step to the left andándose alive so no current would finally get into a crack of about six feet deep there right in front.

Grand Finale

to Natxo all passed without problems, but our friend Cantabrian relaxed after the break and ended up flush against the wall, flipped and eskimo roll but a second place him in the crevasse. There we had a small moment of chaos and we lost sight of. Luis got throw the rope in and grabbed Natxo but disappeared leaving temporarily due to water movement but finally got out. The last jump I was, starring in a perfect swing that caused the widespread descojone.

The rescuer and ...

... the rescue (somewhere under water)

The kayak and paddle Natxo remained in the crack and José Miguel was preparing to enter it from a fireplace that is in the bank. He said it would be better if I let down to me and I weigh less. Luis improvised a harness with rope rescue and went dropping into the crack held by him and Jose Miguel. Once inside I tied the canoe with a rope and removed it without problems. I hoisted but not before letting me inside joke;)

decided to land all there and we had the van with clothes and the way that interest was not offered a feast at home and Rafael had more incentive.

was a shame that it had not rained more options as more rivers were capadas so on Sunday we had a short break to Ulla Herbón no major incidents except the Lapido Pepe unscathed.

April is traditionally a month of water so to see if we can stretch a little before the season river of exchanging the salt water. Salu2

How To Get Pikachu To Learn Learn Iron Tail

Tamecanos 07

Last weekend, we went the mass Amextreme to the concentration of the Tamecanos. The location of this meeting is the Portuguese people Mondim de Bastos. To get the bulk of the group used a bus while the rest went to private cars. The result of this segregation of the group were delayed several being the most hilarious of the group of Jose Miguel, Celso and Peteiro that ignoring an evil GPS traveled a considerable distance by third-class roads parallel to the highway.

Dawn
the Portuguese

For Saturday We had scheduled a fall down a flight of class II Támega with everyone in the club. Which we controlled more we support and rescue in the various swims that occurred. The river was not more interest than a nice way of class III with a high volume of water. Because the porter was not entirely clear José Miguel and I decided to download two separate self-emptying of three seats. My partner came down and I poured free but I ended up swimming because there was no way such a device eskimo. The rescue was efficient and one of the Tamecanos Filipe patiently accompanied us on the descent rope gave me a pass which took the boat from the water.

The other point of interest in this section is a loop formed by a dam "touched" high retentivity. We do not stop much because the only ones who encourage you to enter José Miguel and I went. Peteiro finished starring in a manga involuntary and had to swim out if not for the intervention of Celso he pulled the bow at the right time.

Once out of the water, hit a wine tasting area (some just visibly affected) followed by a splendid dinner, both in quality and abundance. The atmosphere was unbeatable increasing hilarity starring two separate singers are challenged at an accordion.

pasándoselo big:)

On Sunday, I gave him the area of \u200b\u200bthe river stretch. We started early in the morning after the river Teixugos group formed by Charles, David, Edgar and Jose Miguel Pablino addition, Celso and myself. Asher also joined us, a Leon buck which had serious doubts if it would respond as the rivers had barely touched the third degree of difficulty.

After a few laps we can find on both the boarding and disembarkation. Pablino decided not down since the previous night he had "taken" while the rest entered the water with some haste because the group Goiás had to be "early" return.

The stretch of the river consists of four steps distributed over three miles and enter each other by separate ponds and little train of waves of little difficulty. The first step was a ruptured underground water which tends to send a rock to right. I opened trying to follow the instructions of David who came down to watch. Edgar and Carlos eskimo volcano but went smoothly. Asher entered the wrong place and just doing a loop which fortunately placed it on the correct path. The rest had no problems.

Edgar after overturning

Our revelation canoeist

The next step was an "S" twice as much as David Edgar opened to view (I have my doubts that "see" a lot) I I followed after Jose Miguel to get off and give me instructions to make the step. I poured the final step to become unstable through a slipstream but resolved without further complications. Those who did have some complications were Carlos and Jose Miguel who did not reached the last turn and had to jump a notch. José Miguel ended up playing maracas in the slipstream but ended up leaving. The film he did was Celso who managed to follow the good path with the Devil which has the dual advantage.

The third step was three tiers of low height separated by a few feet of backwater that did not have much difficulty and then the final step was divided in two. The right has a ramp with steep slope and a significant drosaje right while the left was a ridge half a meter to slipstream of those who "call" preceded by a ramp that was to refine the trajectory. David Edgar and opted for the variant of the right while the rest did it for the left all more or less harmless way we pass to reach the landing after a considerable backwaters.

Mondim We went back to eating while Teixugos started back home.

We had a blast and we have a mad desire to return to this paradise of rivers but this time with more water to deal with rivers like the Louredo or Olo. Only

me from this page is to express my enormous gratitude to the Tamecanos for all the support they gave us and congratulate me understand which is the best white water concentration to which I went ever: TAMECANOS accept compromises! Salu2

Buy Cheap Umberto Hair Color

Celso se desmelena

The truth is that we wanted to know how to play this bird in level IV. We try to screw it up twice already to get him to Sister classic but the first time the river was outdated and the second backed out as a devil swims paths provided you undermined morale.

with less water now finally noted down this beautiful stretch of Sor. We accompany Thomas, José Miguel and myself.

While we changed the landing came in a jeep from the Xunta, which left a man armed with a camera. We are a bit scared shitless thinking it was some kind of guardarríos already signs that the vehicle could read some fishing. Luckily it was an amateur photographer, neighbor and employee Ferrol of the Department of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs repanpiflaba you to go down the river or not. After the Wiggles

customary for the navette we Ponte Segade where both José Miguel as the undersigned "warm up" in the various swings in the playground before the astonished gaze of a couple of passersby.

Once in the water at least see that the river was about 30 cm. below the level of "fun." This heralded a quiet walk in the steps which would be intersected by major backwaters.

until shortly before the fall of the difficulty Augas Falls was not even at the level III and barring any unexpected touch stone everything went smoothly. This section served to Celso was accustomed to having to anticipate the maneuvers because the Devil has nothing to do with this aspect of his G-Force. After the jump

above the river comes to life and soon made the first stop to see a small step with a slipstream "of the callers" and two stones strategically placed downstream. We all go smoothly except Celso stood like a ghost bastard grabs her rear handle;) Fortunately (or unfortunately for us) did not eat it.

The next step is the bitch piggy bank. What we were looking for a long time since there was enough water to do so where he had opened Aitor. Once we decided to port almost all, José Miguel crossed to the other shore with the canoe Thomas and after looking at it from that perspective eventually found a line mattress jumping to the output of the first tow and then to a slide very close to stone wall. Celso and I rode the best of our security (if someone falls to the bottom of the piggy bank is not easy to remove). Our colleague raffled smooth the roller to finish playing a bit over the stone wall. After seeing it also encouraged me to do, I asked Jose Miguel elbow pads, and deal smoothly past the wheel but was a little terrified.

next ramp was divided into several pools separated, which on this occasion allowed us to sail in sight until the passage of the "Chicken Way" that just with a little water has to be done on the opposite side to escape. José Miguel maracas staged a concert to be lit in a slipstream that is before reaching against the pass. Thomas, as the evil one who is now immortalized on video. On this occasion we were all over like the next one takes the path of being named "The passing of Carlos" (another evil of Germany).

By the landing, the river opens up more than usual but still enjoyable especially for the high transparency of its waters.

On arrival we were surprised to meet a large group of walkers belonging to a club in Ourense with which we exchange a few impressions.

Finally we were all surprised with the good manners of Celso and that despite the lack of water the river offers three small steps to overcome the difficulties they are accustomed. Now only he is done with a proper boat for the fall and join us for next season.

Thomas, made a slide show with the video recorded during the descent and has posted on YouTube, you can see it by clicking HERE .

Free Dragonball Z Doujinshi

Caos en O Baleo

This weekend played wave as he had long since I got into the sea. With a prediction of eight feet and a strong wind came together in Pantin Joaquin, Celso, Iago and me. As this beach is not stopped with the wind we went to Baleo besides being very close is warm.

Once in the water I realized that the prediction would be wrong because the first line one meter fell more than expected. The beach itself is already very common but coinciding with spring tides this was particularly brutal on the right side of the beach.

Joaquin, who wears a season a little out of laps went straight to the front line while the rest stayed at second, where the waves lick and a great time.

We should not take even one quarter of an hour when we saw the ball that our unconscious fellow surfing alone a espumón. I left the lift and from there I could see how the deceased was swimming and trying to bring the boat to shore. Slowly we approached him, escorting in what apparently would be a short swim as the tide was rising and swiftly toward the sand spit. But about ten meters from the sandy hooked him cross a stream and before we knew it was glued to the cliffs and heading towards Ireland. The only possibility was to put it into a "Furnas" (small cove with a narrow entrance that forms in the rock) rather than out to open sea. Unfortunately we fail and drop Joaquin chose the material and go up the cliff. It was a risky maneuver because although the current does not let the waves break if that occurred ups and downs that could cause a serious problem over the swimmer.

Once we had the wreck out of water touching attempt to rescue the boat that was slowly coming into the realm of Neptune. We got to stop their advance putting it behind a small breakwater made of "against." Joaquin wanted carabiners the kayak but I was sure it was a rash and we were at the height of the first line and the last thing I wanted was a romp tying the dead with about 200 liters of water. Celso opted to go to the car by a rope rescue to see if we can get from the cliff, while I stayed with the canoe. Seeing

Celso later decided to try to put the canoe into the center of the beach during the calm, so that the series was closer to shore. Little by little I was getting and the foam began to bring the kayak to the beach. Arrival at the current cross again take the kayak toward the cliffs, but this time I did get more lively and put it in the "furna." They expected that the emptiness Joaquín while Iago brought him a shovel, which certainly took his own as they walked past the entrance of "Furnas" and had to go paddling upstream. After the shock

we even dodging waves catching tronchotes larger. Catching the right wave was complicated and the wise course would be in the stream watching the waves lift from there to catch the first waves "small" after the series. Despite being a mess they were figures of which I am left with a blunt very well executed by our rookie of the year: Celso. For my part I was working my right-wing Helix lately was not everything should be fine, apart from reviewing some maneuvers in two months and is oxidized one a lot.

Once out of the water was my turn to give the talk to Joachim and his recklessness embitter the day we could be if they had been harmed or (to a lesser extent) if it had lost the kayak.

Finally finish off the session with the now regular beers and a few thoughts on security which I share with you all readers of this blog:

1 º) Although we all like the big waves must evaluated as broken as it locks like those who fell this day there is covering the stamina.

2 °) If swim and more aware of the beach must be taken to anticipate trends.

3 º) is preferable to spending two hours in the water to finish printing a rock, so do not try to climb the cliff (though this time got it right).

4 º) No one is free to swim, so we should all carry the kayak flotation although some would consider some "pro".

5 º) No clipping a water-filled kayak amid strong waves will kill him unless a hat.

6 º) not hinder each other, dividing the rescue of the material. Each other by the blade by another loose pallets (Skids, boats watertight, footrests and other twat varied) and one or two who try to push the kayak to the shore but always with the possibility of it spread quickly when you get a espumón.

swim I also hope that Joaquin will have given you to be quiet and think a little something about what would have happened. Salu2

Loud Music And Dizzyness

Recuperando la forma

After recovering from the wrist injury gripazo caught a fifteen he left me for another two weeks out of action. Thereby excluding the input and the sum Belelle wave and a month without shoveling.

Amid this succession of misfortunes sold the kayak slalom and the Charger. So let me buy a fancy to drop a kayak again. After much thought and after talking to one of the architects of the Big Test of the French magazine Canoe Kayak Magazine decided to buy the Dagger Mamba in medium size.

As you can imagine this past weekend had a mad desire to launch the "toy" again, but on the other side does not want to get into mess because of the lack of general fitness.

After talking to Carlos and Germany decided to make the classic stretch Sor, whose graduation is III / IV in addition to being a river with its lush landscape. Celso in principle also be encouraged but after infirmity suffer from "acute Gallinitis" decided to join the group of Andrew, Joaquin and Juan to make the easy part. José Miguel would be breaking down for good reasons.

On Sunday morning we were two groups in Daniel House for distribution to the various sections. After a drink we went up to the landing of the upper reaches. The first thing we saw was a water level high enough. The next thing the sun was with us would give way to some clouds and heavy rain and constant. Leaving me

van on the landing and up to boarding with Thomas. After some warming began the descent. The first rapids allowed me to make contact with the Mamba, noting that much more nervous than the Charger. By bridging the gap behavior and logic that reacts more like a slalom kayak creek than a pure and simple.

We noticed that the latest floods had swept the river a huge tree that was in the shipment. This coupled with the number of trees felled by the banks saw that we were made aware of potential traps, and the first one found on a bridge consisting of concrete pipes which could be crossed only one since the others were unworkable. Interestingly we are in a fishing shelter near a patrol of the rain Seprona.

Augas After the waterfall and falls (influent) wins the river and soon drop off the dugout to acknowledge a passage formed by a jump with a slipstream snag. I opened it while Thomas assured me, failed to cross over and went slightly Boof Candeleto but luckily as soon as the volume of water that hit the stern avoided backloop and ended up not playing maracas. Carlos had no problems and our fellow Teutonic decided to step to the right avoiding the hassle. A small oasis

separated us from the river's most dangerous step, a ramp which comprises two rollers before falling to a dangerous recoil that occupies the entire width of river. To finish dressing the piggy bank is a bad way to insure. The move he did in his day Aitor Arce with a water level much lower. This Sunday could be done for the right of all, catching a minimum before the final against slipstream and then hit upon a narrow ramp to try to beat the returns. As a group of three conditions was impossible to ensure the passage, which carries it all without hesitation. Just re-embark

we face a long ramp and fun, before reaching the end of it returned to land to check that there were no trees because the gap discourages navigation view. The navigation of this section is a pleasure both for the volume of brutal water present as the amount of reaction waves battered you from one place to another.

long ramp

The Chicken Way step imposed since the majority of water leads to a giant loop. I went back to open it while my compis assured me. Picking up good against them, before the recess cross it no problem. He then landed for a few pictures while Charles and Thomas fell.

Carlos in the "Chicken Way"

Thomas after finish the step

Before leaving this area we had a more demanding passage formed by a ramp with a considerable gap that has a loop "playful" halfway. Does not usually have problems because either the loop jump over a big crybaby or e crosses because it comes with a certain speed. The first was Carlos who opted for the latter option, the roller had him hard against a stone wall to the left and there overturned. After several attempts to Eskimo upstream pulling covers over starring in a great swim. I ran down the bank to see if it stood but all I could do was watch as he walked away downstream. Thomas took his canoe and portage the ramp after a shot out by our partner. I thought out from above, but if I had a problem would be alone, so I walk to slipstream reloading. After traveling a long stretch of river, I found them both in a bank. Apparently Charles had released the boat and it seemed that had been built under water in the middle of the channel. The truth is that if you looked it seemed there was a greenish reflection could be the Nomad of our deceased. All our attempts were unsuccessful and eventually decided to leave it as impossible. Thomas went downstream and that it seemed impossible that the boat was built there. I went with Carlos through the water while walking along the shore. Luckily we turned a corner we with Germany and the boat lost.

Putos timber (

From here the river opens up a lot and lost in uneven steps while in difficulty. The navigation passes through beautiful wave trains to the landing in Ponte do Porto.

Ponte do Porto

After some sandwiches we took the road to Poza two Celso Feridos as we had said something about a jump of about six meters ideal for a bit of Park n 'Huck . Unfortunately we have a waterfall impassable for more than twenty feet high, the utility does not go beyond it in plan ravine in the summer.

In short I am delighted with the new kayak although I have to finish adjusting to it. I am also happy to sail again after the compulsory leave. Salu2

Full Size Cude Field Game

A vueltas con la ley de Murphy

served two weeks of "punishment" and now recovered, was eager to return to the river so close to Celso José Miguel and Sister went the classic way that the latter had its first contact with the level. Some works in As Pontes made José Miguel gets lost and after a good time to walk around the deep Galicia appeared on As Somozas (c'mon we had turned around without realizing it). We decided to change his mind and make the Sor easy since the time we navette pouncing and this last part is really short.

In this new alternative way to begin to see that everything he had was flooded creek. When we finally reached our destination we see how the river was completely unbridled and lower it would get us, surely, into trouble.

So, I saw the picture decided to return to home. As we ate something we heard from Peter to inform us that was working the wave of Belelle. Digestion with half done we set out to check Neda where good looks that had the spot. While José Miguel went to the Twintip lend to me because he did not feel like getting, I was changing.

heating the atmosphere;)

Once the boat arrived I made a first contact with the wave, noting that this lost retentivity on the left edge. I did not get to reach the minimum that was on the right bank and had to sail a hundred feet to land and climb along the shore.

Going

Celso was the next to enter the spot with a similar fate to mine. Me successive entries began to be more successful and began to look and blunts retentive. The truth is that the Twintip surprised me, especially for its ability to slip which always stays within the wave.

The aborigine in its wake

José Miguel's brother, dared to mess with the Body. The oddest thing was seen as jumping from the shore directly into the wave. We take

about an hour in the water enjoying this unusual spot. The good news is that being situated in the midst of a population is enlightened enough to make a getaway after work if they resurface.
